SBI Quick – Missed Call Banking

The SBI Quick App can be downloaded from the respective app stores of Android, iOS, Windows, or Blackberry phone users. Customers would not need an internet connection to avail these services, as long as the app has been downloaded. These services are enabled over SMS or missed call.

How to register for SBI Quick?

Customers are required to register only once for this service. For registration, the following SMS needs to be sent to 09223488888: REG . The SMS must be sent from the number provided to the bank at the time of opening of the account. A confirmation message is sent to the customer upon successful or unsuccessful registration. If registration is successful, customers can start using the services right away. If unsuccessful, customers must check the format of the SMS and the destination number to which it has been sent to. Customer must also ensure that the mobile number must be updated with the bank.

Balance Enquiry BAL to 09223766666 Customers can also give a missed call to the number. This provides the last ‘clear’ balance on the customer’s account.
Mini Statement MSTMT to 09223866666 Customers can also give a missed call to the number. Mini statement of the last five transactions of the account.
ATM Card Blocking BLOCK(space)XXXX to 567676 (Where XXXX are the last 4 digits of the card)
  • Users can block the ATM Card linked to the registered account in case of loss/theft.
  • A confirmatory SMS alert is sent to the customer on acceptance of the request for blocking. The SMS will contain the ticket number, date and time of blocking.
  • The ATM Card can also be blocked by calling State Bank Contact Centre, by visiting any nearest State Bank Branch, or by logging on to OnlineSBI (only for personal segment customers).
ATM Card Usage Configuration SWON/SWOFFATM/POS/ECOM/INTL/DOM XXXX to 09223966666 (Where XXXX are the last 4 digits of the card)
  • Customers can control their ATM Card usage by sending an SMS from their registered mobile number. They can choose to activate/deactivate usage at ATM, POS, E-Commerce, International and Domestic
  • A confirmatory SMS alert is sent to the customer on acceptance of the request for activation or deactivation. The SMS will contain the ticket number, date and time of blocking.
  • The ATM Card usage can also be controlled by logging on to OnlineSBI (personal segment customers) or through the State Bank Anywhere mobile app.
Loan Enquiry HOME or CAR to 09223588888 For Home and Car loan respectively. Customers can know about the latest in car loan or home loan products. An instant SMS is sent with the features, followed by a call from SBI.
Prime Minister’s Social Security Schemes Through the app. Customers can register for Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY)
Deregistration DREG(space) to 09223488888 Users can deregister for SBI Quick.

  • Customers can get a complete list of services that can be availed using SBI Quick.
  • A confirmation SMS is sent after successful or unsuccessful de-registration.
  • If deregistration is successful, users will not be able to use SBI Quick service until they register again.
  • If deregistration is unsuccessful, users will have to check the format as well as destination mobile number and give it another try.
