The new credit cards are issued within 7 to 10 days of submission of the application. However, during this period, if the customer wants to check the status of his application, he/she can do so by following below mentioned steps:
Tracing Credit Card Application Status Offline:
- Call the Toll free number: Customers seeking to know the status of their application can directly call PNB’s Toll free number which is 1800-180-2345. The customer care personnel on the other side would ask for application number and other related information to verify. On providing necessary information, customer care will be able to inform about the credit card application status.

Call on customer care number: Alternatively, the applicant can call PNB’s customer care number 0120-4616200. For the customers who dial in to know their credit card application status, bank’s customer care team can get the latest information. Based on the information provided, the customer care executive can access the details of the credit card application and apprise the customer about current status.
- Mailing address for queries: In case a customer wants to get more information on his credit card application, he can mail his queries to the bank at below mentioned address. The customer can send mail to: PNB, Credit Card Processing Centre,11th Floor, Atma Ram House, 1 tolstoy Marg, New Delhi-110001.
Know How to Check PNB Credit Card Application Status Online:
- Email the query: In case the customer has access to internet, he can mail his credit card application queries to creditcardpnb@pnb.co.in. The customer should mention the application form number in his email. PNB’s customer care team will revert back with the current status of the credit card application in 1-2 days time.
