Online Modes for Oriental Bank of Commerce OBC Credit Card Bill Payment:
- PAYMENT – Pay Online: Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) customers can pay their monthly credit card bills online using the PAYMENT – Pay Online service. To use the service, cardholders should follow the steps mentioned below –
- Open the PAYMENT – Pay Online portal and provide personal details such as the phone number, credit card number, email id
- Enter the bill amount
- Select ‘Net Banking’ and the account number of the bank, from which you wish to pay the money and you will be directed to the payment gateway of the particular bank
- Provide the authentication details and confirm the payment. Once the payment is processed, the amount will be deducted from your account and you will get a transaction reference number
- Visa Credit Card Pay: To pay your credit card bills via VISA Credit Card Pay you to have to log in to the net banking account of your bank, go to ‘Third Party Funds Transfer’ and select the ‘Visa Credit Card Pay’ option. You have to provide the required information in order to start the funds’ transfer process and click on ‘Confirm’ to confirm the transaction. Once you confirm, the amount will be deducted from your account and within 3 working days, it will reflect in your credit card.
- NEFT: Oriental Bank of Commerce cardholders can pay their credit card bills using the NEFT facility. To make the payment, they have to first login to the net banking service of their bank, select ‘Third Party Funds Transfer’ and add SBI Card as the beneficiary. They have to use SBIN00CARDS as the IFSC code and then enter the OBC – SBI Card number in the account number section. In the bank name section, they have to enter ‘SBI Credit Card – NEFT’ and in the address section, they have to write ‘Payment Systems Group, State Bank GITC, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai’. After entering the details, they have to click on the submit button and the payment will reflect within 1 working day.
Offline Modes for Oriental Bank of Commerce OBC Credit Card Bill Payment:
- Over the Counter – Cash Payment: Oriental Bank of Commerce Credit cardholders can pay their credit card bills over the counter via cash at any State Bank of India branch. They need to simply visit the branch, fill the pay- in slip and submit it at the counter. They will receive an acknowledgment receipt from the bank in return.
- Easy Bill Outlets: Oriental Bank of Commerce credit cardholders can pay their credit card bills at any Easy Bill Outlets. To make the payment, they have to visit the Outlet nearest to them and provide their credit card number, an amount that has to be paid and their contact number. An electronic receipt will be given to them once they make the payment and the money will be reflected within 3 working days. The Outlet will take Rs.15 as a service charge for an amount of up to Rs.5000 and Rs.25 for an amount exceeding Rs.5000.
- Over the Counter – Cheque: Oriental Bank of Commerce credit cardholders can pay their monthly credit card bills via cheque at any branch of the bank. To make the payment, they have to visit the branch nearest to them and fill out the cheque and give it to the teller at the counter.
- SBI DropBox: Oriental Bank of Commerce credit cardholders can pay their credit card bills by dropping a cheque at any SBI DropBox. They have to mention their credit card number on the cheque and must provide their name and phone number at the back of the cheque. In the Payee name section, they have to write ‘SBI Card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX’ (X denotes the 16 digit credit card number). Before dropping the cheque, ensure that the amount, date and signature are correct. This payment takes 4 working days to reflect in the credit card account.
- Cardholders can also use the SBI Electronic Drop Boxes to pay their bills via cheque.
