- NRI Customers – Request a Call back from ICICI Bank
If you are unable to reach ICICI NRI customer care centres using the above helpline numbers, you can request a call back by raising an online request.
New customers: New customers can request a call back from the bank only when they wish to open an NRI account with the bank or to convert their existing resident account into an NRI account.
To request a call back, they need to fill an online form, which is available on ICICI Bank website in the ‘Customer Care’ page under ‘NRI Banking’ category.
Once the form is submitted, ICICI representative will give a call within 15 minutes from the number 9140-40661850. If he is unable to reach you, a second attempt will be made within next 10 minutes. Please make sure to have your phone line free and available.
Existing NRI Customers: Existing NRI customers of ICICI bank can avail the free call back facility from any place in the world.
Customers calling from India, UK, USA, Canada, and Singapore can call the respective toll-free number and request the call-back facility.
Others can use the online form to request a call back. The online form is available in ICICI ‘Customer Care’ page, under NRI>Existing Customers’ category.
Once the request is submitted, ICICI representative will give a call back in next 5 minutes. A second attempt will be made in next 10 minutes. ICICI Customer Care – Grievance Redressal
ICICI bank has a holistic grievance redressal process that allows customers to bring all their unresolved/unanswered/unsatisfied complaints/queries to the notice of senior management to ensure swift redressal of issues.
If you didn’t receive proper response from the ICICI customer care centre, you can follow the below process to escalate the issue to next level. Do note that the below process requires the ‘service request number’, which was the sent to you after raising a complaint/issue through the customer care.
Level-1: Send an e-mail: The first step in the grievance redressal process is to send an e-mail through the online submission form available on ICICI website. Visit the ‘Complaints’ page on the website and click e-mail. You will be redirected to a new page displaying a form to submit your grievance.
Enter the details such as your name, e-mail ID, phone number, service request number, type of account, account number or application number, and details of your grievance. Once you enter all the details click ‘Submit’ to send the e-mail. You are likely to receive an acknowledgement from the respective department once you’ve submitted the form.
Level-2: Contact ICICIs phone banking head: If you haven’t received any response to your mail or if you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact ICICI’s Head of Phone Banking. You can approach the officer in two ways – download a grievance redressal form from the website, fill it and submit it at the below address.

The second method is to send an e-mail to the officer through an online submission form. On the same ‘Complaints’ page, you will find an EMAIL button under step-2. Clicking on it will redirect you to a new page, where you can enter your details and submit the form to the phone banking head.
You have to enter your details including name, e-mail ID, phone number, service request number, type of account, account number or application number, and details of your grievance.Once you enter all the details click ‘Submit’. You may receive an acknowledgement from the respective department once the request is submitted.
Level-3: Write to ICICI’s Principal Nodal Officer: You can further escalate your concern to ICICI bank’s principal nodal officer, in case you haven’t received proper resolution from the phone banking officer. You can contact the principal nodal officer by sending a filled in grievance form or submitting an e-mail online.
