You can download Aadhar Card without your mobile number even if you don’t have enrollment number (in case you have not given a mobile number or registered with a wrong mobile number or you have lost your mobile number ).
Steps:
1) call on 1947 toll free 24*7 service & get your enrollment number & time of enrollment.
2)Go to https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ Fill the details given on your acknowledgment slip. In the Mobile number, column fill any mobile number on which you want to receive the OTP.
3) Fill in the OTP
4) Download the Aadhaar card
5) Use your area PIN code as the password to the pdf.
