Citibank credit card holders can find answers to their queries online as well. They have to simply follow the steps below –

  • Open Citibank Online and login
  • Go to Quick Links
  • Write their question
  • Send it

Citibank Escalation of Grievances:

Citibank provides assistance to all their customers when they face any issues with their Citibank products and services. The issues can be escalated in the following levels –

Level 1 In case a customer has any complaint or issue related to his or her Citibank credit card, he or she can follow the steps below 

  • Use Citibank Online – You can login on Citibank Online and choose your banking relationship. Then, you have to select ‘Your Queries’ on the left panel and write your query
  • Call on the Helpline Number – You can call any time on the bank’s 24 x 7 helpline number and the customer care executive will provide the best solution for your issues
  • Issues Related to Collection – If you have any issue related to Collection, then you can contact the following helpline numbers of the bank between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on weekdays and between 8.30 am and 2 pm on Saturdays –

    • 0124 – 6152900
Level 2 If customers are unhappy with the response they receive in level 1, they can escalate the issue and complaint to the Head of Customer Care. To contact the Head of Customer Care, they have to follow the steps below – 

  • Contact on the India Toll – Free Number (18004252484) or on 044 28501242 any time on the bank’s working days between 10 am and 6 pm

While placing the complaints, customers have to provide the reference number that they got from the bank in Level 1. Within 5 working days, a response will be provided by the bank.
Level 3 If the issues are not solved in Level 2, then customers can contact the Principal Nodal Officer to get a solution. To contact the Principal Nodal officer, they have to follow the steps mentioned below – 

  • Contact the India Toll – Free Number (1800220123) or 39707464 any time between 10 am and 6 pm on the bank’s working days
