There are two things actually. One is your activation for Internet/Mobile banking services which could be done only after your request. Second is accessing your Internet Banking account which do not require visit to branch.
So, one visit to branch is MUST and that will be for applying to the services (Which in most of the cases is already done with account opening itself).
After that all you need to have is your “Registered Mobile Number” and “Debit Card”. You can log-in to the portal using “Forgot Password” option. Once OTP is authorized, you will be asked to change/recreate your password.
